We are a parent-run and independently managed kindergarten. Glen Oak Kindergarten was established in 2001 by a Parent Action Group, after the closure of a local kindergarten St. Oswalds Anglican Kindergarten.
We are a not-for-profit community kindergarten located in Oak Park. As an independent kindergarten a Committee of Management is elected by and from the parent body at the Annual General Meeting/Parents Information night held at the end of each year.
Our kindergarten program includes both personal and educational objectives which we work to accomplish over the year. To dream big, our kids need the best start in life. We offer 15 hours of kinder to both 3 and 4 year olds.

Glen Oak Kindergarten is part of the Central Enrolment Register managed by the Merri-Bek City Council. Please Register your interest for a position at Glen Oak Kindergarten by completing a registration form on the Merri-Bek City Council website.
